Summary

A cropmark of a linear ditch, probably a field boundary of medieval to post medieval date, is visible on aerial photographs. It lies roughly perpendicular to the Peddars Way Roman road (NHER 1289) and has a similar alignment to field boundaries marked on a 1631 estate map of Sedgeford. It is likely that this cropmark relates to a field boundary ditch of medieval to post medieval date.
