House. Around 1830 to 1840. Roughcast render over clay lump and brick; gabled slate roof with bargeboards: brick end stack; two-unit plan with central staircase and rear outshut. Two storeys: symmetrical three-window range. Six-panelled door set in reeded architrave with pilasters and flat hood. Sixteen-pane sashes set in square-headed wood architraves.
