Summary

This brick house was built around 1850. Although it has a gault brick façade the rear and side walls are built of red brick. The central single storey rendered porch dates to the 19th century.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"House, around 1850, gault brick façade (rear and returns of colourwashed red brick) hipped slate roof. Double depth, five bays, two storeys. Principal façade to south: symmetrical, angle pilaster strips, central bay breaking forward around 10cm; recessed sashes with glazing bars, stone sills, skew back flat arches."
