Full Description
January 1984. Listed, Grade II.
House. 17th and early 18th century, two builds. Brick with red pantiled roof. Two storeys. Earlier house to north with two window ground and two window first floor, both with two and three light casements. Central door two blocked first floor openings. Extension to south with two ground and one first floor casement, 20th century central door. North gable with kneelers and parapets. Flint, brick and pantiled single storey north extension. South gable with parapet with tumbling marking heightening of one and half storey house. First floor plat band. Off centre straight joint marks division of two builds. Central stack, formerly south stack of earlier house, with base of earlier stack at ground floor on façade. Ground and first floor rooms with unstopped chamfered cross-beams. Butt purlin roofs with collars and wind braces.
