February 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Circa 1840. Brick with slate roofs. L plan with single storey extension to side and rear. Two storey main block with two bay north façade and single bay side façade of sash windows with glazing bars beneath skewback arches. Clasping pilasters."
