Full Description
February 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Former gardener's cottage. Around 1785. Brick with gault brick dressing and slate roof. Square in plan with later side extension. Two storeys and all openings two-centred in Gothic style. Three-bay entrance façade. Central front door with a blind and painted two-centred fanlight and a blind and painted quatrefoil above."

January 2009.
Proposals to completely renovate the unoccupied cottage and to carry out a full structural survey. The temporary roof covering and the decayed timber roof structure will be replaced. The roof will be of reclaimed slate. The decayed windows and external doors wil also be replaced. The interior layout will be preserved.
