September 1976. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Grey brick. Low pitched hipped slated roof. Two storeys. Three windows each side, sashes with glazing bars. Plain brick pilasters forming slight wall recesses. Garden front (south) blocked central doorway. North entrance front asymmetrical fenestration, central doorway with moulded architrave with panelled reveals."
