Probably early 18th cenury. Clay lump walls. Pantile roof with gabled ends. Two storeys and attic (attic windows in gable ends). East front two widely spaced windows, casements, ground floor three-light first floor two-light. Plain doorway on right. Central brick chimney stack. Facing Ipswich Road: one storey lean-to. Modern brick south end wall.

A large timber framed building is being erected on the rear of this property (2007). It may have been moved from elsewhere. See only in passing and no details known.
