Summary

A 17th century timber framed building that was refronted in brick in the late 19th century. The Maltings has exposed timber framing and a 17th or 18th century leaded window. The Post Office has a projecting late 19th century shop front.

17th century timber-framed, refronted in red brick in late 19th century. Black glazed pantile roof with gable ends. Two storeys. Five windows, sashes, some with glazing bars. Post Office has projecting late 19th century shop front, Carters has a small shop front and panelled door. The Maltings has projecting adjoining one storey shop at end. The Maltings has plastered north gable end with a three-light 17/18th century window with leaded panes. Interior stop-chamfered beams, The Maltings has exposed timber-framing.
