September 1987. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House, 18th century. Rendered, black glazed pantiles. Four bays, two storeys...Gable parapets with stone pyramidical finials at bases. Right gable of flint with some brick and erratics, brick dressings; left gable rendered and colourwashed, rebuilt in brick above eaves. Two-storeyed extension to rear of no special interest. Included for group value."
