May 1987. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Late 18th century. Brick with pantile roof. Two storeys in three bays. Central panelled door below 20th century hood on consoles. One 18th century three-light casement right and left and three to first floor, all under segmental arches (that to top right is renewed)."
