It appears that two separate designation records were erroneously created for this building; one for 'Sealpoint, The Street' and the other for 'The Old Post Office, The Street'. Both had the same recorded location and identical listing descriptions - resulting in the creation of a duplicate NHER record (NHER 44479, now revoked). The designation record for 'Sealpoint' was revoked in 2000, but it appears that the designation for 'The Old Post Office' remains active.
