Summary

Cropmarks of two parallel ditches, possibly field boundaries of medieval date, are visible on aerial photographs. Their alignment is broadly parallel to that of a medieval to post medieval road, located to their west. It is possible that they are field boundaries of a similar date. These cropmarks cut across a coaxial field system of possible Roman date (NHER 43608).
