February 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Two cottages. Late 18th century and later. Brick gables with rendered clay lump façade. Pantiled roof. Two storeys. Two doors left and right with flat hoods. Three casements to ground floor, that to right renewed and one converted to sash window."
