Summary

A late 18th century weatherboarded tea house with a slate roof. The north gable wall is largely glazed with a central glazed door, and the tea house has a brick chimney stack and a weatherboarded lean-to.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Teahouse. Late 18th century. Weatherboarded, slated roof. Largely glazed north gable with central door with glazed upper portion, 2 margin lights, all with glazing bars. Overlight above with glazing bars. Shutters with L hinges to windows. Gable with mouldings. Brick stack at south."
