Summary

An early 18th century and later farmhouse. The main section is built of clay lump and plastered brick and has one storey, a dormer attic and a thatched roof. There is a flint entrance tower, a later 18th century two storey cross wing and a 19th century lean-to.

Listing Description:
Farmhouse. Early 18th century and later. Roughcast clay lump and plastered brick with thatched roof. One storey and dormer attic. 20th century entrance porch to left. Various casements to ground floor of 19th century with glazing bars. Four pantiled gabled dormers enclosing casements, some renewed. Gabled roof with central and gable end stacks, that to north external. 19th century lean-to abuts north wall. Brick cross wing to rear later 18th century, of two storeys with thatched gabled roof. Renewed casements under segmental heads to ground floor. Flint entrance tower to left with brick quoins. Hipped roof above eaves cornice of modillions and moulded brick. Entrance with ovolo pediment. Various casements to rear façade and two dormers as front.
