Listing Description excerpt:
"House, early 19th century. Red brick, rendered plinth. Black glazed pantile roof with coped gable ends. Brick dentil eaves. Two storeys. One window. Sashes with vertical glazing bars. Left hand pilastered doorway with entablature with glazed and flush panel door. Brick chimney stack over gable end."
