Summary

An early 19th-century red brick house with sash windows and a central moulded architrave doorcase. The adjoining range to the north also dates to the early 19th century.

Listing Description excerpt:
"South part: early 19th century house, red brick, black glazed pantile roof with gable ends and overhanging eaves. Two storeys. Two windows, sashes with glazing bars, ground floor rubbed flat brick arches. Central moulded architrave doorcase with cornice and panelled door, brick stacks over gable ends. Adjoining central range to north, early 19th century, red brick, black glazed pantile roof with gable ends overhanging eaves with modillions, first floor five sashes with glazing bars, ground floor entirely taken out and supported on brick piers."

It is clear from recent Google Street View images that the ground floor of the central range was rebuilt at some time after 1977, with two central bays infilled and new brick arches inserted above a single bay passageway to the left and a two-bay opening to the right.
