Listing Description Excerpt:

A. Cattermole (NLA), 11 May 2006. Amended J. Cullis (HES), 15 November 2019.

The location and name of this record have both been corrected. Previously it was mapped as a point at TM 36682 9865, which placed it on 19 Mill Road. This was consistent with both the street number and grid reference currently given by (S1), but it would appear both are incorrect. It is clear from the Listing Description and the accompanying Images of England Project photograph that the building in question cannot be one of those adjacent to the road. An examination of the Ordnance Survey First Edition Six inch map (S2) and recent aerial imagery confirms that Church Grove is actually 33 Mill Road, approximately 120m to the north-west.
