Summary

The former Town Hall built in red brick in 1870 in the Jacobean style. The building has Dutch gables with finials, large moulded brick mullion and transom bay windows, and a central arched doorway with brick pilasters.

"Former Town Hall, now commercial premises, 1870. Jacobean style. Red brick and slate roofs. Front range single storey. Two Dutch gables with finials and large moulded brick mullion/transom bay windows with leaded panes flanking central moulded round-arched doorway with brick pilasters."
