"Cottage, early 19th century. Red brick. Hipped black glazed pantile roof. Brick dentil eaves. Two storeys. Three windows with pointed-arch heads, two-light casements with pointed-arch lights. Central pointed-arch doorway with flush-panel door in moulded doorcase."
