Listing Description excerpt:
"House, late 18th century. Red brick. Black glazed pantile roof. Pedimented three-bay centre block of two storeys and attic with round arch attic window in pediment. Left hand pilastered doorcase with entablature with fluted frieze and dentilled cornice, moulded architrave and glazed door.
Flanking wings, set back; two storeys, two windows, hipped roofs. All sashes with glazing bars."

Railings to the west of The Beeches and a garden wall to the north and north-west of the property were also listed Grade II in 1977. These are now recorded separately as NHER 65258.
