February 1977. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Shop, mid 19th century. Red brick. Low pitched slate roof with coped gable ends and overhanging eaves. Two storeys. First floor two sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor Victorian shop front with pilasters and entablature with heavy cornice."
