Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Early 19th century. Rendered brick; pantile roof. Rectangular in plan. Façade of three bays, two storeys. Sash windows with glazing bars, those windows to the ground floor renewed. Central doorway with semicircular arched head; door of six raised and fielded panels; fanlight with radiating glazing bars. Parapet gables."
