Summary

In 2006 an archaeological evaluation recovered post medieval pottery and building material which may suggest levelling of the ground surface dates to the late 18th/19th century when it is recorded that Morston Hall was rebuilt and had a wing added. Two Iron Age/Roman sherds were also found.
