September 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Late 18th century. Red brick, black glazed pantiled roof. Three storeys. Three bays, two storey rear. Two ground and three first and second floor sashes with glazing bars under slightly cambered brick arches. Pedimented wooden doorcase, flutec pilasters, panelled reveals, six panel door, four panels glazed."
