Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Circa 1820. Walls pebble flint, brick dressings, smut pantiles. Two storeys, eight bays, with details of about 1820. Possibly earlier house. Gothic 'Y' tracery windows, cast iron glowing bars some replaced. Brick quoined surround brick voussoirs. Pilasters, keyed into flint walling into brick quoins. Deep eaves, hooded dentil."
