Summary

A house that was built around 1830. It has brick walls, two storeys, three bays and black glazed pantile roof. In front is a walled garden.

May 1983. Listed, Grade II.
House. Dated circa 1830. Walls gault brick. Roof black glazed pantiles. Two storey, three bays. Two ground floor, three first floor sash windows, glazing bars. Flat rubbed brick arches. 20th century neo-Georgian door. 20th century false louvred shutters. Central bay broken forward slightly. Dentil cornice at eaves, one central bay expressed as a parapet. Hipped roof, two stacks to return ridge, two stacks to rear. Right out- shut wing, door, one casement window, left wing, red brick.
Walled garden to front; gault brick plinth pebbled flint brick piers, quoins coping, sweeps to entrance with piers. Returns red brick.
