Summary

An 18th and 19th century house with a symmetrical main façade with a central porch flanked by Ionic columns. The west façade has a 6 bay cast iron verandah with arches supported on reeded columns. The house has a staircase with a double apsidal plan, a plaster groin vaulted hall and decorative plasterwork.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Dwelling. Circa 1800 and earlier. Render on masonry scored in imitation of ashlar. Slate roofs. 2 storeys. Symmetrical main façade of 3 bays. Porch with entablature supported on paired Ionic columns. French windows with glazing bars beneath recessed segmental arches with cusped fan decoration."
