Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Dated 1816. Flint with brick dressings and thatched roof. One storey and attic. Central door blocked with 20th century casement. One similar casement left and right, all under segmental brick arches. Above windows are brick letters and numerals : I. H. 1 8 1 6."

[?]2009. Building recording.
This house seems to have been built as a single storey, two cell clay dwelling with a flint faced front. In 1816 the roof was raised and the upper part of the end gables rebuilt to include windows. It is probable that the two chimneys were either added or altered at this time. The outshut was probably built at this time as the brick foundation course seems to match the bricks used on the roof raise.
