November 1975. Listed, Grade II.
House. Early 18th century. Brick and thatched. One storey and attic. Front (facing west and away from road) with a 20th century casement to left replacing a door and arched window, the arch of which remains. One metal 20th century casement to right and a door under segmental arch, in front of which stands a gabled timber porch. Gabled roof. Stepped south gable with trefoiled coping bricks. One three-light metal casement to ground floor, 20th century. Roll and ovolo moulded brick string course at eaves line. 20th century attic casement below built-out niche. Niche under segmental ovolo moulded hood on labels. Central ridge stack in roof.
