June 1981. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Late 18th century red brick house. Black pantile hipped roof. Two storeys. Three bays. Modern casements in original openings with straight rubbed brick arches. Central panelled door with hood. Modern flat roof wings at rear and at north end."
