A. Cattermole (NLA), 7 June 2006. Amended by J. Cullis (HES), 27 November 2019.

The farmhouse alone is listed but is part of an interesting compact farm complex. This includes a clay lump barn with windows that may have begun life as a malthouse; similar stables, one below a granary, and other buildings – all clay lump. The barn was there in 1839, the other farm buildings are later. A large pond is at the centre.
