June 1981. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Small 17th/18th century timber-frame house, plastered. Steep pantile roof with gabled ends. Internal brick chimney stack near south end. One storey with attics. Attic window at eaves level. 19th/20th century casements. Plank door. Late 19th century extension on north end, one bay, plastered, attic dormer with catslide roof."
