April 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"17th century brick and flint house with pantiled roof now converted into garage. Lobby entrance type, with off-centre axial stack. One storey with attic. Single 19th century casement window with very low 19th century front door and blocked doorway opposite stack. 19th century brick gable with tumbling-in."
