June 1981. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Late 17th or early 18th century timber framed house now two cottages. Rendered. Steep pantile roof with gabled ends. Brick chimney stack at centre. Two storeys. Two widely spaced windows. Modern two-light casements with glazing bars. Doorways left and right."
