Full Description
July 2006. Norfolk NMP.
Cropmarks of a possible rectilinear enclosure of unknown date are visible on aerial photographs (S1). This enclosure is located at TM 3392 9310. A roughly rectangular enclosure with external dimensions of 13m by 9m is present on a southeast to northwest axis. Its northern corner is not visible as a cropmark. The ditch along its southeast side continues to the northeast for 8m suggesting that a second enclosure may have been adjacent to it. The date and function of these enclosures is uncertain.
J. Albone (NMP), 18 July 2006.
