Summary

This is the site of a group of almshouses which were established around 1711. The almshouses became a workhouse in 1728, until they reverted to almshouses in 1838. The buildings were demolished in 1961.

Site of almshouses established on the Common around 1711. Became a workhouse 1728. When the Union Workhouse was constructed at Pulham Market in 1838 they reverted to being almshouses.
Demolished 1961. North side of central arm of Bellacres Estate now on site.
