Summary

Site of red brick house, date of around 1800 to 1830 typical of Georgian expansion of Dereham. Adjacent stable to northeast. Demolished c. 2007.

House, formerly in large ground shown on (S1) now mostly taken by viaduct of bypass. Red brick, facing away from road into grounds; horizontal skintlings. 3 bays 2 storeys, flat arched windows, round headed central door. Date around 1800 to 1830 typical of Georgian expansion of East Dereham. Later extension to right. Adjacent stable to northeast, pedimented centre with low wings, lunette windows.
