June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century, possibly formerly keepers cottage, one-storey, red brick. Slate roof, hipped. Central arched entrance and semi-circular ring arched heads to four wood casements with angular heads to panes with leaded and metal glazings."
