Early 17th century timber-frame house entirely encased in late 19th century red brick with late 19th century red brick wing on west end. The original east part is two storeys and has stopped chamfered ceiling beam, one end supported on carved post. North wing also timber-frame with chamfered ceiling beams. Exterior, red brick, slated roof, south elevation with three small gables, mullioned casements in chamfered reveals, gabled hood over central doorway. Late 19th century gabled cross wing on west end, with similar details. Included for 17th century timber framing.
