June 1981. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"17th or 18th century cottage, rendered. Thatched roof with gabled ends. Rendered brick chimney stack off centre. One storey and attic (attic windows in gable enss). Three window range. Modern casements. Modern porch in front of stack. modern extension on east end with pantile roof."
