Summary

The cottage is a roughcast timber-frame house dating to the 17th century. The building is L-shaped in plan, has one storey and an attic with gable ends, and a thatched roof with gable ends. There is a central door and a thatched roof wing at rear as well as a central brick chimney stack.

"17th century. Roughcast. Timber-frame. Thatched roof with gable ends. One storey and attic (attic windows in gable ends). Three-light casements. Central door. L-shaped on plan with thatched roof wing at rear. Central brick chimney stack."
