June 1981. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Mid 19th-century rectory in Tudor Gothic style. Rendered brick walls. Newly tiled roof with gabled ends with pierced and shaped bargeboards with pendants and finials, and shaped exposed joist ends to eaves soffit. Two storeys."
