Summary

This cottage dates to the early 18th century with later additions. It is made from colour-washed brick with thatched and pantiled roofs. It has ground floor windows beneath skewback arches and rectangular hood moulds. Of interest is the off-centre chimney stack with decorative 19th century brick shafts.

Cottage dates to the early 18th century with later additions. It is made from colour-washed brick with thatched and pantiled roofs. It has one storey with an attic with four 18th century three-light windows with metal casements, leaded lights and some original spring latches. The ground floor windows are beneath skewback arches and rectangular hood moulds. There are two gabled dormers with decorative barge boards. Entrances consist of two planked doors and one lean-to porch. The off-centre axial stack has two 19th century highly decorative moulded brick shafts. Later side extensions have also been noted.
