June 1981. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Formerly two cottages. Plastered clay lump, with brick plinth. Low pitched hipped slate roof. Two storeys. Three widely-spaced windows, early 19th century, three-light casements with glazing bars. Two moulded and panelled doors in doorcase architraves with roundels in frieze. Lean-to at rear and south end."
