Summary

This 17th century brick, flint and clourwashed house has a 19th century façade under a pantiled roof. The original timber framing was replaced with brick and the original doorway in the centre of the street façade is now blocked. A 20th century extension has been added to the rear.

House. 17th century with a 19th century façade. Brick and flint and colourwashed brick with pantiled roof. Originally timber-framed on masonry plinth with returned brick and flint gable-ends. Timber-frame subsequently replaced with brick. Gable-end chimneystacks and steeply pitched roof. Small windows to side of stack in north gable-end at first floor level. Other windows 20th century. Blocked doorway in centre of street façade. Moulded brick gable oversailing. Shaped eaves sprockets. 20th century extension to rear.
