Summary

Lands Farmhouse probably dates to the 18th century, and is faced in painted bricks with a steeply pitched pantile roof with gabled ends. The building has one storey and an attic, as well as an off-centre doorway with a pilastered case and a rendered chimney stack.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Probably 18th century. Painted brick faced. Steeply pitched pantile roof with gabled ends. One storey and attic. Three windows. Three-light casements with segmental heads. Doorway off centre with pilastered case and panelled door. Segmental headed dormer. Rendered chimney stack."
