June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"16th century, timber framed, plastered and colourwashed, two-storey and attic, two dormers, overhanging first floor. Glazed pantiles. Three windows, sash with glazing bars and flush frames. Four-panel door in wood case with pilasters. Plinth."
