"Small 18th century cottage. Plastered timber-frame on flint plinth. Pantile roof with gabled ends. Two storeys. Two windows, widely spaced. Late 19th century, 2-light casements. Left hand plank door. Brick chimney stack off centre. 19th century brick lean-to at rear."
